Race for Life 5K – Smartlift Bulk Packaging Team
On Tuesday, 24th June 2025, the Smartlift UK team will proudly participate in the Race for Life 5K event. Set against the scenic backdrop of Houghton Hall & Gardens in King’s Lynn, this occasion is more than just a run; it’s a heartfelt effort to make a difference in the fight against cancer.
We have all been affected by cancer in our lives whether it’s a family member or yourself, cancer really can affect everyone. So many of us have signed up to raise as much money as we can for this amazing cause. The Team have also enrolled some of their partners, friends, and family to run with them too so it’s become a real family affair and an event that will be remembered for a very long time.
The team have already started training for the event with some of the team taking on the couch to 5K challenge in readiness for the event in June.
Fundraising is going incredibly well with our team already raising a massive £ 1,191.00 so far and we still have just over 2 months to raise even more for cancer research.
