UN Approved Packaging

Smartlift’s UN Approved Packaging complies with the United Nations recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, known as the “Orange Book”. We stock a variety of UN Packaging, including FIBC’s, available for immediate delivery. For custom items and projects, we offer made-to-order packaging tailored to specific requirements.

Smartainer

The Smartainer is a flexible, intermediate bulk container certified to UN standards, designed for packaging group II & III materials. It addresses the limitations of traditional, non-compliant hazardous waste containers like drums, wheeled bins, and modified rigid IBCs.

Depot Bag

In response to the demand for an FIBC capable of carrying sheet asbestos, we developed the Smartlift Depot Bag. Certified to Packaging Group II under UN codes 2212 & 2590, the Depot Bag is ideal for the safe removal of bonded asbestos fibers.

Container Liner 

Smartlift’s Container Liners provide an excellent solution for the secure and efficient transport of bulk materials in shipping containers. These liners are designed with durable, tear-resistant materials and feature high-quality zippers that create a sealed barrier, preventing the release of dangerous particles (such as Asbestos) during loading, transit, and unloading. The zip closure allows for easier handling while maintaining strict environmental and safety standards.
