Smartlift’s journey from 2005 to today tells a story of steady ambition, bold decisions, and remarkable growth. Over the years, we’ve consistently reached major milestones, expanding our capabilities and strengthening our position within the industry. The last four years in particular have marked a period of accelerated development, with significant investment in our people, processes, and facilities. With our next site extension underway and additional space becoming available, we’re perfectly positioned to continue scaling and achieving new milestones—always with our customers at the heart of every step forward.
Smartlift Bulk Packaging was founded in 2005 by our Managing Director Trevor Bland.
Working from a small office in Kings Lynn, the vision was to provide sustainable packaging solutions for a wide range of industries at a fair price with the core value being customer service.Â
Very quicky the company gathered pace and started working with a large number of blue-chip customers across many sectors delivering high quality industrial packaging.
However the commitment extended beyond business transactions, emphasising on ethical and fair trade practices. Having already out grown 3 storage locations in East Anglia, Smartlift today occupies a 3.5 acres site which has the capability of stock holding huge volumes of product ready for customer call off.
In summary, Smartlift Bulk Packaging has carved a niche for itself by providing high-quality, customized packaging solutions while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and ethical business practices.
