What is Edge board?
Edge board is a highly efficient and affordable solution designed to protect the edges of your pallets and products during storage and transportation. By securing and reinforcing the edges, Edge board helps to keep your products tightly packed and safe from damage throughout the supply chain. It is often used in combination with stretch wrap and pallet strapping to provide comprehensive protection.
Key Features of Our Edge board:
Wide Range of Specifications: Available in thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 10mm and in any length to suit your specific needs. This flexibility makes Edge board suitable for a wide variety of applications across multiple industries.
Specialist ‘U’ Board Available: For products like doors, worktops, and windows, we offer ‘U’ board, a unique variation of Edge board that provides extra protection for more fragile or large flat products.
High-Strength Edge board Option: We also offer a high-strength version made from high-quality virgin paper and high-performance glue. This advanced option delivers the same level of protection with reduced thickness, without compromising on strength. It’s not only stronger than standard Edge board but also offers a better price-performance ratio, making it an ideal choice for businesses looking for both quality and value.
Cost-Effective and Environmentally Friendly: Edge board is made from recyclable materials, making it an eco-friendly choice. It helps reduce product damage, which in turn minimises waste and additional costs from returns or repairs.
