As many of you know, our manufacturing facility is COMSYN (Commercial Syn Bags Ltd) in India. They play a central role in our flexible packaging supply chain. They are one of our key factory partners, working alongside a select group of others who support us in meeting supply and demand across the industry.
Every couple of years we visit our factories in India, to spend time with them as it’s so important to build repour and relationships with them face to face. These trips are exponentially important for us to discuss processes, pricing and manufacturing to make sure we are supporting our factories through fair and ethical trading whilst being supported ourselves in relation to pricing in the current market to win business and supplying us with sustainable focused packaging whilst inspiring growth for us all.
Our Managing Director Trevor, Accounts Director Amy, and Sales Executive Tara travelled to India in March 2026 — and what a successful and exhilarating trip it turned out to be. Over an intense 10 days, they navigated long‑haul flights and multiple internal connections to visit a full itinerary of factory visits and key locations across the country.
Tara found her time in India particularly impactful for her role. It was a steep learning curve as she gained a deeper understanding of the challenges factories face and how they price their products, while also helping them learn more about the UK market and our sales approach.
Here are some of our photos from their time out there.
